Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of any travel service due to any reason, we must be informed in writing.
The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification.
The applicable cancellation fees are as follows:

•     45 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
•     15 to 44 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
•     Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund

Please Note:
During high-peak travel periods such as Diwali, Christmas–New Year, or long weekends, the cancellation policy may vary as per the respective hotel’s or service provider’s terms. The same will be communicated at the time of booking.
For flight or train tickets, actual cancellation charges as levied by the airline/railway, along with our service fee, will apply.
